MEET YOUR REALTOR® KATIE MORGAN

Katie Morgan is proud to have grown up right here in Western Wake County, residing in Cary, Raleigh, Morrisville and now Holly Springs. She has watched the incredible change and growth this area has experienced during the past few decades and has developed a deep love for this beautiful state she calls home.   

Katie earned her bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and had the pleasure of teaching kindergarten for the Wake County Public School System.  She has spent the last several years assisting her husband working as small business owners within the community and raising their two children.  Katie serves on the board for the West Wake Young Men's Service League and is a member of the National Charity League, Carolina Lily Chapter, serving at numerous local philanthropies with both her son and daughter.  

Katie has always had a love for house hunting and a knack for interior design. Her interest in homes and real property, paired with a driven nature and inclination to help others, led her down the path toward a career in real estate where her strengths could be best put to use.  

Katie understands and appreciates how personal the process of buying and selling a home can be and is instinctively attuned to the varying wants, needs, style, motivation and vision of her clients. It is her top priority to please!  Katie is a natural achiever whose organization, diligence, and attention to detail will help facilitate a smooth process for both buyers and sellers.  Her long standing presence and involvement in the local community make her uniquely suited to serve real estate clients in the Triangle area.
