MEET YOUR REALTOR® KATIE MORGAN

I am a Triangle-based real estate broker and the Marketing & Events Manager at Choice Residential, where I support brokerage-wide marketing initiatives, agent training and development, and client experience strategy.  

In my role at Choice Residential, I collaborate closely with agents, leadership, and industry partners to implement high-impact marketing strategies and meaningful educational and networking experiences that support agent success. My work inside the Triangle's largest independent brokerage gives me a unique, behind-the-scenes perspective on the real estate industry, market activity, and the systems that contribute to a strong client experience.  

Having grown up in Western Wake County and lived throughout Cary, Raleigh, Morrisville, and Holly Springs, I bring a deep familiarity with the Triangle region and its continued growth and evolution. My local knowledge, combined with a background in marketing, communication, organization, and client experience, allows me to bring both strategy and creativity to my work.  

I earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and remain actively involved in the local community through volunteer and philanthropic organizations across Western Wake County.  

As a real estate agent, I am especially focused on helping sellers thoughtfully prepare and position their homes for the market. With a strong eye for presentation, design, and detail, I help clients maximize appeal and value while navigating the process with clarity and confidence. My approach is relationship-driven, organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong emphasis on clear communication and a well-managed experience from start to finish.  

Whether supporting agents within the brokerage or working directly with real estate clients, my goal is the same: to deliver a thoughtful, polished, and professional experience built on trust, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
